Our standardized approach is designed for a quick onboarding process, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients and their projects.

Our standardized approach allows us to rapidly on-board new clients and their project(s). Within the first month, a project will be Initiated (or re-initiated if it is on-going) and Planned (or re-planned). After the first month the schedule performance measurements will be in place and progress toward launch (and ROI) will be predictable.

When operating as a sole Fractional PM, we can repeat this onboarding cycle monthly for additional projects. When operating as Interim Exec and coach to your existing team, we demonstrate for the first project then continue to mentor existing PMs to follow suit.
